Rapid Defect Screening Services
An OEM requested screening of 25,000 deployed Body ECUs to identify defective units. Despite constraints related to site conditions, power supply requirements, equipment size, and portability, we rapidly implemented the VS3000 solution and developed the required screening program.
By completing 100% screening within a short timeframe, we successfully identified defective units while minimizing the impact on mass-production supply. The project received strong customer recognition for its efficiency and reliability.
Field Troubleshooting Support
When a multifunction steering wheel controller supplied to an OEM experienced a volume control issue after launch, our local team rapidly deployed the VS3000 platform and reproduced the issue in a short time.
By sharing test data with the development team in real time, we accelerated root-cause analysis, shortened issue resolution time, and minimized the impact on mass production.
Network Test HIL Platform Development
To improve the efficiency of network validation for a smart cockpit control system, the customer commissioned us to develop a Network Test HIL Platform and automated test scripts.
Despite a tight project schedule, we delivered an end-to-end solution covering HIL setup, test environment configuration, and user training. The platform improved validation efficiency, enhanced test quality, and supported long-term network testing operations.
Function Test HIL Platform Development
To accelerate vehicle development, an OEM commissioned us to build an integrated HIL platform combining functional testing and network testing. The platform was designed to enable comprehensive validation even when related components were not yet fully available.
