I joined ALSI in 2008 as a Software Test Engineer and later transitioned into a development role. Before I knew it, 17 years had passed.

As roles change, so do experiences and perspectives. Yet what has mattered most to me is that at ALSI, I have never had to choose between my career and my personal life.

Through important milestones such as marriage, parenthood, and raising a family, ALSI has always been there to support me. Looking back, I realize that I would not be who I am today without ALSI. It has been a place where I could build both my career and my life.

Seventeen years have gone by, and I look forward to continuing my journey here—growing, pursuing new dreams, and creating new opportunities together.

What I have gained at ALSI is more than a career. It is a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Since joining ALSI, I have steadily grown from a software developer into a team leader.

With the guidance and support of my senior colleagues and managers, I have learned structured project management methodologies, strengthened my professional capabilities, and broadened my perspective.

ALSI places great importance on employee development, offering a variety of training programs tailored to different career stages, along with opportunities for learning, collaboration, and team building.

It has been four years since I joined ALSI as a new graduate. During this time, I have grown alongside the company and developed significantly both professionally and personally.

Three years have passed since I joined ALSI with great expectations and aspirations.
