Simultaneously, it interfaces with modules for production execution, equipment management, and inventory management to accurately check the current production progress—for example, the completion status of each process, the number of pending tasks, the current workload of each machine (including used working hours and available time slots), and the raw materials and components needed for production, including inventory levels and replenishments in transit.

 

Then, based on enterprise preset rules such as customer priority, order delivery urgency, and profit contribution, the production planning and scheduling system reschedules the time sequence of existing production tasks. By compressing non-critical process intervals and adjusting task execution order, it carves out reasonable production time slots for urgent or rush orders, while prioritizing the allocation of idle or low-utilization equipment, surplus personnel with relevant skills, and specialized tools. During the adjustment process, the production planning and scheduling system performs real-time feasibility checks on the new plan, focusing on potential conflicts in process connections, material supply adequacy, and resource overload. If any anomalies are detected, it makes timely fine-tuning adjustments.
