The material coordination segment primarily focuses on material supply assurance. It connects with inventory and procurement data, analyzes material readiness, calculates precise material requirements and replenishment strategies based on the production plan, and prevents production delays caused by material shortages.
At the core of the APS system, the production scheduling segment leverages intelligent algorithms, incorporating process routes, operation durations, resource constraints, and other factors to automatically generate optimal production plans, specify the sequence and timing of tasks for each device and operation, and rapidly reschedule when urgent orders are inserted.
The plan execution and monitoring module tracks production progress, synchronizes equipment status and work order completion in real time, issues alerts for deviations from the plan, and enables simulation and comparison of multiple plan versions.
