Recently, Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ALSI") and Shenyang Zhongguang Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "KSY") have reached a cooperation, successfully deploying the Andon System, Equipment Status Monitoring System, and TPM Maintenance System of the AIMMIRAI Jinzhi Lean Factory Cloud Platform. This enables real-time monitoring of equipment operation status and closed-loop digital maintenance management.
KSY was established in August 1992 and currently has over 3,000 employees. It is primarily engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of optoelectronic devices such as photodiodes, phototransistors, photoelectric switches, photoelectric encoders, paper sensors, and optocouplers. It has been awarded multiple honors including "High-Tech Enterprise" in Liaoning Province, "Double Excellent" Enterprise in Shenyang, "Advanced Foreign-Invested" Enterprise in Shenyang, and "Top Ten Foreign-Invested Enterprises for Export Earnings" in Shenyang.
In recent years, KSY has continuously advanced workshop automation. After introducing equipment such as robotic arms, the number of base station operators has decreased, leading to issues where abnormal equipment information cannot be quickly communicated to relevant responsible personnel. Furthermore, with orders increasing year by year, existing production capacity cannot meet demand, urgently requiring an improvement in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). To address this challenge, KSY compared various intelligent products and ultimately chose the AIMMIRAI Jinzhi Lean Factory Cloud Platform's Andon System, Equipment Status Monitoring System, and TPM Maintenance System developed by ALSI.
The Andon System enables one-click calls through self-developed wireless data acquisition terminals TS-30 and SS series multi-function button devices (Agile Buttons), reducing production anomaly handling time and minimizing waiting waste.
The Equipment Status Monitoring System can monitor equipment operation status in real-time and perform data collection, intelligently generating analytical reports to help improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
The TPM System digitally and efficiently links processes such as equipment repair requests, maintenance, inspections, upkeep, spare parts management, and personnel assessment, improving equipment maintenance management and execution efficiency, and enhancing equipment return on investment.
Currently, the first phase of the Jinzhi Lean Factory Cloud Platform system has been successfully launched and is operational. In the future, KSY will continue to engage in deep cooperation with ALSI. ALSI will assist KSY in achieving comprehensive intelligent equipment management and promoting the intelligent upgrade of this established factory.
Intelligentization is a global trend in manufacturing development and an essential path for high-quality development in the manufacturing sector. As an expert in lean management solutions, ALSI has over thirty years of experience deeply rooted in manufacturing sites. It not only understands technology but also business operations, providing professional technical support and more practical solutions for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing factories. In the future, ALSI will continue to deepen its practices, contributing more to the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, helping them improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency, stimulate manufacturing vitality, and rejuvenate traditional manufacturing enterprises.
