From November 7 to 8, the 2022 Global Industrial Internet Conference was successfully held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Under the theme "Empowering High Quality, Creating New Momentum", the conference was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Association for Science and Technology, and the People's Government of Liaoning Province. Leaders from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Association for Science and Technology, and other ministries, provincial and municipal government leaders, as well as representatives from leading manufacturing enterprises attended the conference to discuss the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation and development paths of the manufacturing industry.

At this Global Industrial Internet Conference, Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Under the theme "Liaoning Sino-Japan Industrial Internet Service Platform", and leveraging the R&D and application of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, AI algorithms, big data, and the Internet of Things, they built information systems covering multiple industries and scenarios. This fully presented the path of enterprise digital transformation and demonstrated the cross-industry capabilities and industry practices of the "Liaoning Industrial Internet Service Platform". At this exhibition, ALSI showcased a series of production equipment management systems including: Equipment Status Monitoring System, Smart Maintenance System, APS Production Scheduling System, Mold Full Lifecycle Management System, and Power Monitoring System. · Intelligent Management Solution for Production Equipment (Equipment Status Monitoring System + Smart Maintenance System + Agile Button) enables real-time accurate collection of equipment status, wireless intelligent andon, automatic fault reporting, predictive maintenance, and full-process visual data reports, helping to improve factory equipment OEE.
· APS Production Scheduling System as a "2022 Smart Manufacturing Innovation Product" combines intelligent algorithms with manufacturing site needs, giving enterprises efficient resource allocation capabilities to ensure efficient production scheduling and accurate delivery.
· ALSI Mold Full Lifecycle Management System targets the chaos in mold factory management by developing mold counting and positioning modules, enabling traceability of mold usage history, mold life management, mold asset control, and production line capacity analysis, assisting mold factory management decision-making and improving production efficiency.
· ALSI Power Monitoring System aligns with the national dual-carbon strategic goals by monitoring, storing, and analyzing data from factory substations, distribution panels, and equipment terminals. It enhances the precision of energy consumption management, helps factories with safety and disaster prevention, and alleviates pressure on enterprises caused by energy consumption dual-control, peak-shifting power cuts, and production suspension.
