On November 7-8, 2022, the Global Industrial Internet Conference was held in Shenyang. To promote the integrated development of Japanese-funded and domestic upstream and downstream manufacturing enterprises, and to build a platform for outstanding enterprises from China and Japan to strengthen cooperation, exchange ideas, and inspire wisdom, the conference specially featured the "China-Japan Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Internet Integration Innovation Development Summit Forum". The forum was hosted by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, and the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and organized by the Dalian Municipal Government and Xinhua Information Technology Co., Ltd.

Managing Director Tsunemoto Haruharu believes that the transformation of a smart factory requires overall planning and step-by-step implementation, with the key being the "manufacturing site". Implementing intelligent manufacturing first requires clarifying the purpose, thinking clearly about what the system aims to achieve and what results it should present. Additionally, tools and systems must be accepted by the manufacturing site; if the manufacturing site cannot use them proficiently, they will not be effective. To achieve the goal of making the manufacturing site 'visible/digitalized', ALSI deeply understands the direction of intelligent manufacturing implementation, utilizes AI technology for analysis and prediction, and has developed the ALFA system in the field of information systems. The ALFA system consists of three functions: a data acquisition system, an equipment maintenance management system, and a BI system, improving the overall automation level of factories worldwide.

Managing Director Tsunemoto Haruharu mentioned that in the process of enterprise digitalization, standing firm is extremely important. "Keeping feet on the ground" was the theme of this speech, and this spirit is also one of the components of ALSI's strengths.
