On August 21, 2023, ALSI (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ALSI") and Fuxin Dele Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fuxin Dele") officially launched the Smart Factory cooperation project for the "HuiPai APS Supply Chain Resource Planning Platform". This kick-off meeting for the smart factory transformation project received enthusiastic participation and strong support from Fuxin Dele, marking the official entry into the project implementation phase.

At the meeting, Mr. Yang, head of the Material Control Department at Fuxin Dele, spoke first. Combining Fuxin Dele's production characteristics of "small batches, many varieties," Mr. Yang emphasized the significant impact that the import of front-end sales plans has on factory operations in areas such as procurement and production. The diversity of product types, the complexity of manufacturing processes, and the urgency of multiple concurrent orders are highly representative within the auto parts industry. Under the combined pressures of ensuring delivery, stabilizing production, and reducing inventory, the value of APS intelligent scheduling in improving the operational capability and production efficiency of a smart factory is self-evident. The professionalism demonstrated by the ALSI team in early research and solution presentations regarding the Smart Factory left a deep impression on the Fuxin Dele team, who therefore have great expectations for the project's success.

Subsequently, the ALSI Smart Factory team, led by Director Zhang Qian, presented the project implementation plan and timeline in detail to Fuxin Dele's attendees. The team will conduct a thorough one-month investigation focused on Fuxin Dele's business processes. Based on this, a design blueprint will be generated, and after repeated communication and confirmation with the client, the functions will be precisely matched to requirements, ensuring stable implementation and success on the first attempt.

The successful holding of this project kick-off meeting further strengthened the trust relationship between our company and the client. We believe that through the joint efforts and cooperation of both parties, the smart factory project will eventually achieve complete success.
