In March 2023, Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ALSI”) entered into a cooperation agreement with the Kodenshi Group Shenyang Factory (Shenyang Zhongguang Electronics Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “KSY”). Through the joint efforts of both teams within just one month, they successfully deployed the Smart Factory pilot with the Equipment Status Monitoring System and the Intelligent Equipment Maintenance System of the AIMMIRAI Jinzhi Lean Factory Cloud Platform. This collaborative achievement enabled the Smart Factory to monitor the operational status of workshop equipment in real time, realizing closed-loop management of digital maintenance.

 

Throughout the project research, implementation, and launch, the ALSI team earned recognition from the KSY team through their professionalism, quality, service, and integrity. In April 2023, KSY chose to continue its collaboration with ALSI by purchasing additional TS-30 Device Status Data Collector to cover equipment of different brands and models within its factory, achieving broader information synergy.

The success of the AIMMIRAI Jinzhi Lean Factory Cloud Platform deployment project was the result of the joint efforts of the KSY and ALSI teams. During the project implementation, KSY demonstrated excellent team spirit and a proactive work attitude. All departments worked in unison and in close cooperation with the ALSI team to jointly advance the system deployment.
