ALSI Product Manager

Jianjun has served as product R&D manager in multiple major projects in fields such as electronic components, logistics accessories, and energy manufacturing. The products he led the design of are still widely used in the market. Keenness is Jianjun's greatest trait; he excels at mining customer needs, is committed to delivering products that customers can use effectively, and quickly adjusts and optimizes product functions and performance based on customer production site requirements.

During 8 years of product R&D in the industrial field, Jichao has participated in digital solutions for dozens of companies. As an ALSI product technology expert, Jichao and his team dive deep into customer sites to understand customer needs and pain points in supply chain management, production scheduling, and planning, determined to achieve the "most practical and reliable" supply chain management plan and production scheduling method for customers.

As a research-oriented senior R&D manager, Mingwei has been exploring the field of software design and development for over 10 years. He once took on major product R&D responsibilities in a well-known Fortune 500 company, serving as product R&D director. Five years of experience in the manufacturing industry gave him a deeper understanding of manufacturing customers' needs. As ALSI's product architect and R&D manager, he is the helmsman and chief designer of the product R&D team, guiding the team's system architecture design and technology selection.
