There is currently no implementation standard for Lean Manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing itself is an innovative production method that requires customized adjustments to address the specific processes and production links within an enterprise that can be improved. When implementing Lean Manufacturing in an enterprise, the process can be carried out in the following sequence: education and training, goal setting, and value stream mapping analysis.
