(1)   Goal-Oriented Principle: First, the enterprise must have a clear development strategy and long-term planning. Second, it should be able to progressively break down the company's goals from top to bottom into objectives for each department and individual, thereby integrating the work tasks of equipment maintenance personnel with the goals of the smart factory. This fosters a corporate culture of full participation. Once clear and well-defined goals are established for all departments and individuals, employees' work autonomy and initiative can be stimulated. By addressing their needs for skill development and career advancement, a long-lasting intrinsic motivation is maintained, enabling the quality of maintenance operations in the smart factory to reach a higher level.

(2)   Practicality Principle: The practicality principle means that when stimulating employees' intrinsic motivation, the enterprise should adopt a people-oriented approach to design incentive measures, enabling employees to accomplish tasks with a reasonable level of effort, rather than setting unrealistic ultimate goals. At the same time, when improving the equipment management system, it should focus on the actual needs of the smart factory and address real-world production issues.
