Talent Development System

• Complete system configuration, code development, and testing based on system design plans and development specifications;

• Perform source code management (SVN) and record, track, and close issues/bugs;

• Prepare and deliver development, testing,  testing, and related process documentation according to project requirements;

• Provide on-site development and go-live support at implementation sites as needed by the project.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (preference given to Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or related majors);

• Proficient in at least one programming language such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JAVA/C#, with good coding standards;

• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, and strong SQL writing skills;

• Excellent learning ability, logical thinking, and team collaboration skills

• CET-6 or Japanese N2 certification preferred
