Since the Industrial Internet was listed as one of the seven key areas of new infrastructure, the vast majority of existing manufacturing factories have been gradually phasing out old manual systems, strengthening and improving factory intelligence, and continuously updating and iterating toward full-industry intelligence, making tangible contributions to China's advancement toward becoming a manufacturing powerhouse. In August 2021, N Corporation, a producer of automotive front lighting leveling motor systems in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, reached a long-term strategic cooperation with ALSI Dalian on the application of the Alps Equipment Status Monitoring System in the intelligent transformation of the old factory Andon system. This time, the successful deployment of ALSI Dalian's Andon system solution in Ningbo is the result of ALSI Dalian's continuous research into the current state of existing manufacturing factories and their pain points. It is also hoped that through this cooperation on the intelligent transformation of the factory Andon system, ALSI Dalian can establish itself in Ningbo and open up the southern market.

This time, ALSI Dalian completed the Phase 1 delivery of the intelligent upgrade and transformation of the factory Andon system for N Corporation, a manufacturer of automotive front lighting leveling motor systems. The Andon call system of the Alps Equipment Status Monitoring System was installed on all equipment in the equipment and injection molding workshops. The Alps Equipment Status Monitoring System is a self-developed product of ALSI Dalian, requiring no replacement of equipment or original three-color lights. Through machine self-learning and recognition, the Alps Equipment Status Monitoring System completes algorithm iteration, greatly reducing the impact of three-color light lifespan and factory environment on the light intensity. At the same time, the system can combine embedded development experience to intelligently optimize algorithms, significantly improving recognition efficiency and operating speed. This construction and transformation took only two days. The installation of the factory Andon system required no downtime, had no impact on normal factory production, and required no disassembly or modification. After installation, the new system began operation immediately, with zero work stoppage throughout the process.
Since its launch, the ALSI Dalian Equipment Status Monitoring System has brought significant intelligent innovation to the factory Andon system of N Corporation, the automotive front lighting leveling motor systems manufacturer. The factory had previously invested millions in an MES system, but without a corresponding Andon monitoring system, on-site personnel had to manually perform tedious data entry, resulting in low efficiency, wasted labor, poor accuracy, and a lack of timeliness and accuracy in on-site data. Now, the Alps Equipment Status Monitoring System has solved all these problems, helping the factory achieve full-line Andon system intelligence. This collaboration between ALSI Dalian and N Corporation through the installation and application of the Alps Equipment Status Monitoring System was very smooth. The partner gave high praise to ALSI Dalian and established a long-term strategic partnership with ALSI Dalian to build an intelligent factory. Going forward, ALSI Dalian will continue to provide SMT workshop equipment and the entire factory's quality information collection services for N Corporation through IoT sensors and other technical means.
