Recently, Bilian Technology, a company specializing in precision component manufacturing and non-standard automation equipment design, successfully passed the acceptance and digitalization level assessment of the fifth batch of pilot special fund projects for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises by Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, thanks to the deep implementation of the Alps·Huipai APS Supply Chain Resource Planning and Scheduling Solution (hereinafter referred to as “Huipai APS”), and secured a special government subsidy. This achievement not only serves as an official recognition of Bilian Technology's deep commitment to digital transformation and lean production practices, but also confirms the robust capability of Huipai APS in empowering precision machining and non-standard manufacturing enterprises to achieve efficient collaborative production. Moreover, it is a vivid practice of Alps’ philosophy of “empowering with IT technology to continuously amplify customer value.”The application for this pilot special fund project for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dongguan (smart mobile terminal industry) was officially launched in July 2025, led by Dongguan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, with a third-party professional evaluation agency responsible for digitalization level verification. After multiple rounds of strict screening including online application, formal review, project verification, qualification review, and digitalization level evaluation, Bilian Technology successfully passed with its solid digital transformation achievements. Its core business has achieved full-process digital upgrade and standardized management, resulting in significant improvements in key performance indicators such as inventory turnover rate, production plan attainment rate, on-time delivery rate, and capacity utilization rate. Furthermore, it has gained deep value in operational efficiency optimization, precise cost control, and deepened supply chain collaboration, thereby consolidating the company's core competitiveness in the precision manufacturing field and injecting new momentum for high-quality growth.
