On December 12, 2023, the People's Government of Haishu District, Ningbo, together with the National Industrial Internet Platform Application Innovation Experience Center, jointly hosted the 2023 Third Future Intelligent Manufacturing Conference · New Industrialization Summit.

With the theme "Open · Connect · Co-create," the conference focused on the digital-physical integration development direction of smart factories and new industrialization. Numerous academicians, industry experts, and representatives engaged in in-depth discussions on the internal and external aspects of intelligent transformation and digitalization for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, as well as the methodology and practical path of lean management in manufacturing plants.

During this period, Alps Intelligent Manufacturing brought several products certified at CMMM Level 3. As an ecosystem partner, it was invited to attend the establishment ceremony of the Ningbo SME Digital Transformation Service Ecosystem Consortium, joining outstanding ecosystem enterprises to support and advance the digitalization process of Ningbo's SMEs.

Joint Efforts for Co-creation: Ecosystem Consortium Officially Established

At the 2023 Third Future Intelligent Manufacturing Conference · New Industrialization Summit, the Ningbo SME Digital Transformation Service Ecosystem Consortium was officially established. Dr. Zhang Xiaoli, Director of Alps Intelligent Manufacturing, was invited to attend the ceremony. The consortium was jointly founded by the Ningbo Digital Economy Bureau, industrial internet platforms, outstanding service providers in the intelligent manufacturing field, system integrators, financial service institutions, and entrepreneurs with successful digital transformation experience. They will synergize the strengths of government, industry, academia, research, application, and finance, achieving cross-industry integration. Taking the opportunity of Ningbo being selected as one of the first batch of SME digital transformation pilot cities by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, they will follow the "1+1+N+X" ecological digital-intelligent "Ningbo Model" to create a "National Standard" replicable and scalable for SMEs nationwide, thereby comprehensively enhancing the digitalization level of SMEs. The establishment of this consortium will provide strong support and impetus for the digital transformation of Ningbo's SMEs.

Focus on Intelligent Manufacturing: Multiple Products Recognized by the Industry

At the special exhibition of the 2023 Third Future Intelligent Manufacturing Conference · New Industrialization Summit, Alps Intelligent Manufacturing showcased multiple small-scale, light-weighted, and precision-oriented vertical industry digital-intelligent solutions. Among them, the planning and scheduling module of the WiseAPS APS Supply Chain Resource Planning Platform, as well as the equipment management and energy management modules of the WizLean Lean Factory Cloud Platform, all obtained CMMM Level 3 certification for intelligent manufacturing capability maturity.
