On October 28, 2020, ALSI's system solution for teaching and training in automotive electronic switches in the course of automotive fault diagnosis and detection technology — the Automotive Local Area Network Teaching System — successfully passed the acceptance inspection of Dalian Vocational Technical College and was delivered, after nearly a year of preliminary contact, requirements confirmation, development and testing.
Note: Dalian Vocational Technical College, abbreviated as DZTC, is a full-time regular higher vocational college directly under the Dalian Municipal People's Government and a national demonstration higher vocational college.

For the courses of automotive fault diagnosis and detection technology, automotive electronics and electrical system maintenance, and automotive electrical equipment training, the current education model combines theoretical courses with practical courses, and the practical courses are conducted using actual vehicles. The drawback is that actual vehicle resources are limited, only allowing 1-2 students to operate simultaneously, and many faults are difficult to set up on actual vehicles.
ALSI integrates its years of in-vehicle development and testing experience to digitally simulate the entire vehicle circuit system. Through teaching software, teacher terminals, and student testing terminals, it simulates the entire vehicle network environment and the normal and abnormal working states of automotive electronic switches in the vehicle's electrical circuit system. This effectively solves the problems of limited actual vehicle resources and difficulty in fault setting, enabling all students to practice simultaneously and simulating fault environments that are difficult to set up on actual vehicles according to course needs.

The student testing terminal independently developed by ALSI can simulate various signals inside the vehicle, providing a simulation environment for the operation of various switches in the vehicle. This ensures that various switches can work normally without the presence of the whole vehicle, providing a simple and convenient whole-vehicle environment for building experimental benches. It monitors the output signals of various switches, judges the correctness of the output signals, and allows students to quickly understand whether the repair results are correct. The CAN diagnostic function enables students to diagnose errors existing in the current product, assisting in problem judgment and resolution. The fault simulation function can quickly set common switch faults, allowing students to use testing instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) for detection and troubleshooting.
