In recent years, the manufacturing industry has been undergoing an industrial upgrade of "replacing humans with machines," building intelligent factories. However, without timely health checkups of smart equipment, the machine's status directly affects the efficiency and quality of "machine substitution." It is time to equip machines with a "personal doctor"!
Recently, Zhang Xiaokun, Director of Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd., visited the "Sanchuang Live Studio" and brought the team's dedicatedly developed "personal doctor for equipment" - a small, fast, light, and accurate smart equipment management system. With it, equipment health checks are a breeze and health records are always at hand!

In recent years, we have observed some important changes in the development of the manufacturing industry:
1) In terms of labor structure: with the development and application of technology, the proportion of traditional operational positions is gradually decreasing, while the proportion of technical and skilled positions is rising. This requires enterprises to make corresponding adjustments in talent cultivation and management.
2) In terms of cost structure: with the application of automation and smart technology, the cost of manual operations has relatively decreased, while equipment maintenance costs and energy costs have gradually increased. This puts higher demands on enterprise cost management.
3) In terms of production efficiency: the improvement of production efficiency in modern manufacturing increasingly relies on the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Enterprises need to continuously optimize equipment operation status and management methods to improve equipment efficiency and stability.
In response to these changes, we developed the "Jinzhi Lean Factory Cloud Platform Smart Equipment Maintenance System." This system provides a series of intelligent functions, including eight main functions such as equipment status collection, equipment repair and maintenance process management, spare parts management, fault prediction, and structured digitization of maintenance experience and knowledge.
This system has been widely applied in various scenarios such as injection molding, stamping, assembly, electroplating, machining, and SMT in the automotive parts and 3C industries, with remarkable results. Compared to traditional maintenance methods, this system can reduce equipment fault duration by 20%, decrease equipment fault frequency by 30%, save equipment maintenance costs by 30%, and improve equipment repair efficiency by 40%. These achievements help enterprises reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality, thereby strengthening their competitiveness and profitability.
It is foreseeable that with the continuous development and popularization of smart manufacturing, the importance of smart equipment management systems will become increasingly prominent, and will also bring more opportunities and challenges for enterprise intelligent upgrades. The smart equipment management system developed by ALSI is an important innovation in the field of smart manufacturing, providing strong support and guarantee for enterprise intelligent upgrades.
