On February 16, the Energy Consumption Management Module of the AIMMIRAI Lean Smart Factory Cloud Platform by Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ALSI") was successfully launched at Ningbo Jinghua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinghua Shares"). This marks the fourth collaboration between Jinghua Shares and ALSI. The implementation of the Energy Consumption Management Module assists Jinghua Shares in achieving refined management of electrical energy, improving energy utilization efficiency, and enhancing the company's energy usage efficiency and demand response capabilities.

In January 2022, ALSI and Jinghua Shares established a strategic partnership. Based on the customer's needs, ALSI successively deployed intelligent products and systems such as the Andon Module, OEE Module, and TPM Module of the AIMMIRAI Lean Smart Factory Cloud Platform. This simplified the information entry process after production line equipment abnormalities, successfully saving labor costs while enabling relevant personnel to have a "clear grasp" of the manufacturing site.

In October 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Fully, Accurately, and Comprehensively Implementing the New Development Philosophy and Doing a Good Job in Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality," promoting carbon peak actions in the industrial sector from a policy perspective to achieve green manufacturing. In September 2022, ALSI conducted an in-depth on-site investigation at Jinghua Shares to understand the actual situation and planned an Energy Consumption Management Module tailored to the company's needs. This module enables real-time collection, storage, analysis, display, and pre-alarming of consumption data, making energy consumption visual and informational.

Visualized Results: 7×24h Refined Energy Consumption Management

After the launch of the Energy Consumption Management Module of the AIMMIRAI Lean Smart Factory Cloud Platform, it is expected to achieve 7*24h all-weather power monitoring, increase power inspection efficiency by 95%, improve power anomaly handling efficiency by 80%, and reduce electricity costs per single device by an estimated 4,380 yuan annually. Furthermore, the system can store anomaly handling records in real time, facilitating problem tracing and in-depth cause analysis. It also enables early detection of potential power safety hazards, avoiding production delays and asset losses caused by sudden power anomalies.
