A "new" year has arrived. On July 1, 2021, the company welcomed a new batch of fresh graduates and held an onboarding ceremony. Nineteen energetic graduates, fresh out of university, filled with youthful spirit, their dreams, and aspirations for life, came to Alpine System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. to seek the direction of their dreams. On the day of the ceremony, General Manager Zeng Gen welcomed the new employees on behalf of all staff and encouraged them to face challenges bravely and fearlessly in their future work and life.

At the same time, the company has developed a detailed new employee onboarding training plan to help them integrate into the new environment faster and better. Currently, various trainings and OJT are proceeding in an orderly manner. During the training, each new employee gained knowledge and joy, while gaining a deeper understanding of their future work environment.
