Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. provides an equipment status monitoring system that can be integrated with the factory's existing Andon system, solving the problem of the factory's non-intelligent Andon system and realizing automated Andon, helping enterprises build smart factories at low cost.

On August 26, the ALSI Dalian IoT team went to Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, to implement the first phase delivery of smart factory transformation for Company N, a local manufacturer of automotive front lighting dimmer motor systems. This delivery installed the self-developed smart data collector TS-10 on all equipment in Company N's assembly and injection molding workshops. This smart terminal can collect the three-color light status of equipment to complete automatic Andon operations. The delivery of hardware and software did not affect Company N's normal production at all, taking only two days, and the system started running immediately after delivery. This smart factory transformation solved the problem that Company N's million-yuan MES system failed to work due to the lack of timeliness and accuracy of on-site data, and also freed on-site operators from tedious information entry (equipment Andon, production line Andon).

Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd., in line with the trend of smart factories, has been working on Andon operations for 30 years, continuously aligning with customer actual needs, providing Andon system solutions to realize automated factory Andon. Company N and ALSI Dalian have established a long-term strategic partnership for building a smart factory. With the successful completion of the first phase, IoT sensors and other technical means will be used to continue providing SMT workshop equipment and factory-wide quality information collection services for Company N.
