As is widely known, Lean Production originates from Toyota in Japan. The essence of Toyota's Lean Production is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, the use of Lean Production tools to build a value stream mindset; second, addressing the transformation to intelligent manufacturing, thereby fostering deep integration and implementation of Lean Production and smart manufacturing. In China, Lean Production still needs to draw extensively on mature experience and techniques in order to set it on the right track as soon as possible.
