Most enterprises' lean manufacturing is still in early and preliminary stages. How can we improve the current state of lean manufacturing to accelerate its rapid development? First, companies must learn to abandon ingrained mindsets and embrace multi-dimensional thinking and application. Second, they need to challenge the status quo rather than refusing to change course until hitting a dead end. Finally, business leaders should broaden their perspectives and actively seek out diverse opinions.
