There are five main ideological connotations of Lean Production: (1) Determining product value from the customer's perspective, (2) Correctly identifying the value stream, (3) Making product value flow, (4) Pulling products based on demand, and (5) Striving for perfection. If enterprises can fully grasp these five core connotations of Lean Production, it is believed that Lean Production will undoubtedly achieve rapid growth.
