"Just In Time" is the core philosophy of Lean Production, which essentially means producing products in the required quantity at the exact time they are needed. As a result, many experts refer to Lean Production as the JIT production system. Implementing a lean production model cannot rely solely on rigidly copying management and production methods; it must be integrated with the actual circumstances of the enterprise.
