Enterprises must avoid being overly eager for quick success when implementing Lean Production. The development of Lean Production in China remains immature, and blindly pursuing it with a short-sighted approach will only backfire. Manifestations of such eagerness include: initiating radical reforms without fully grasping the Lean Production philosophy, rolling out implementation in factories without identifying the right entry point, and failing to properly execute on-site "5S" operations. These issues can severely hinder the progress of Lean Production adoption.
