Smart Factory workshop floor management plan mainly includes four aspects. The first aspect is to set workshop activity goals and various economic indicators; the second is to measure the work results of each department (down to the individual) in the Smart Factory; the third is to complete the workshop plan; and the fourth is the management and standardization of the five key requirements for the production workshop: "Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment."
