In October 2021, the Global Industrial Internet Conference was held in Shenyang. It has now completed 109 key intelligent manufacturing projects. Through intelligent transformation and smart factory construction, the average production efficiency of enterprises has increased by 21.2%, and the average operating cost has decreased by 15.6%.Smart factory has greatly promoted the rapid development of the manufacturing industry towards intelligent, green, high-end, and service-oriented directions.

Currently,smart factory technological transformation actions have been carried out in multiple locations nationwide. National and provincial governments have issued many favorable policies to encourage and guide enterprises to transform into smart factories. When building new factories, PLC technology can be directly applied to connect the factory to the Internet of Things (IoT) system. Using big data collection and intelligent analysis technologies, the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) can be improved, enhancing production efficiency and reducing production costs.
However, many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) initially purchased machinery and equipment that do not have IoT connectivity capabilities. Introducing new equipment faces issues such as high investment and production line downtime. Therefore, many SMEs can only sigh in front of the high-efficiency production ofsmart factories.
