In the golden autumn of October, the osmanthus trees are in full bloom. Recently, the "Dalian Municipal Work Conference on Promoting Digital Transformation Pilot Cities for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" was officially convened, hosted by the Dalian Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Vice Mayor Leng Xuefeng, Director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology Jiang Bin, and Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Expert Committee on Intelligent Manufacturing Xu Jiping attended the meeting and delivered keynote speeches. ALSI System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd., as an integrator for the Dalian pilot city of SME digital transformation, was invited to participate in this meeting together with multiple industry digital transformation lead units and digital transformation service providers. They jointly discussed how to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on accelerating the digital transformation of SMEs, and actively promote the digital transformation of SMEs in Dalian.

 

 

At the beginning of the meeting, Director Jiang Bin provided a detailed interpretation of the "Dalian Municipal Work Plan for Promoting Digital Transformation Pilot Cities for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", emphasizing the city's strong emphasis on and determination to vigorously promote the digital transformation of SMEs. He expressed the hope that the attending guests would steadfastly contribute to the digital transformation of SMEs and strive to create a "Dalian experience" that could be exported nationwide.

Subsequently, Director Xu Jiping shared the successful experience of Zhejiang Province in the transformation of SMEs, highlighting common issues encountered during enterprise transformation and providing detailed answers. He also introduced Zhejiang's "Three Transformations and One Service" implementation experience and emphasized the importance of expert teams assisting enterprises in informatization planning, as well as the role of service providers as drivers for better implementation. Director Xu stated that when undergoing digital transformation, SMEs should prioritize systems that are "small, fast, light, and precise" and suited to their actual circumstances, to facilitate rapid implementation.

In the following session, SME representatives present shared their own experiences in digital transformation. The Municipal Expert Committee on SME Digital Transformation released the first batch of "N+X" typical scenarios and products in Dalian. Subsequently, a signing ceremony was held on site.

 

 

Finally, Vice Mayor Leng Xuefeng delivered a concluding speech. He hoped that SMEs would seize opportunities, actively leverage intelligent transformation and digital transformation to generate more new quality productive forces, and while better realizing their own value, make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the city's industrial economy.
