Recently, ALSI Smart Manufacturing (hereinafter referred to as "ALSI") and Dongguan Bilian Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bilian Technology") successfully launched the Huipai APS Supply Chain Resource Planning Platform project. Participants in this kick-off meeting included: Bilian Technology General Manager Zhang Lingfeng, Project Director Zhang Jingqiu, Production Director Gan Yao, Process Director Yan Junwu, ALSI Director Zhang Qian, Business Development Director Zhu Dongbo, Pre-sales Consultant Zhang Jichao, Account Manager Jiang Shufan, Project Manager Fu Jiaqi, and over 40 management cadres from Bilian Technology.
During the meeting, General Manager Zhang Lingfeng proposed the implementation requirements of "thorough research, reasonable planning, effective implementation, and continuous improvement," and highly recognized the professionalism demonstrated by ALSI's account manager Jiang Shufan and other consultant teams during the preliminary contact and research phases, believing that ALSI's solution is more practical and actionable.
ALSI Joins Hands with Bilian Technology
Empowering Industrial Upgrades

Bilian Technology specializes in the production of components for aviation, medical, precision testing and measurement equipment, with product characteristics of small batches, high variety, and relatively high material costs. Facing rising tariffs and uncertainty in the international trade environment, the company has strategically transformed in recent years, deeply cultivating the domestic market and undertaking local orders. However, this also brings the dual challenge of tight delivery deadlines and compressed profits from domestic customers.

Challenges and Bottlenecks Faced by Bilian Technology:
After multiple on-site investigations by ALSI's lean consultants, the following four major problems in Bilian Technology's production scheduling have been identified:
1. On-time delivery rate becomes a bottleneck: Frequent order changes and rush orders make it difficult for manual scheduling and the existing ERP system to cope with complex and changing order demands.
2. Disconnection between actual production and plan: Production scheduling still relies on Excel spreadsheets and paper work orders, resulting in low scheduling efficiency, delayed data feedback, susceptibility to human errors, and weak responsiveness.
3. Data silo issue: The company has deployed an ERP system and a data collection system, but the data from these systems are not effectively interconnected, forming data silos.
4. Lack of simulation scheduling functionality: The absence of rapid simulation scheduling calculations prevents accurate delivery date prediction, leading sales personnel to potentially promise tight delivery deadlines, resulting in decreased customer satisfaction.
Huipai APS Supply Chain Resource Planning Platform:
A Factory Resource Allocation "Brain" Aimed at Implementation

With the high priority and active cooperation of Bilian Technology's senior management, ALSI's lean consultants went deep into the site, conducted in-depth analysis of production data with the responsible personnel, sorted out business processes, and determined a feasible optimization solution blueprint.
01
Comprehensive Solution for Production Execution and Plan Management
ALSI customized and introduced the lean digital Huipai APS Supply Chain Resource Planning Platform for Bilian Technology, providing full-process control from order receipt to production planning and production execution, linking upward with the ERP system to provide decision support and data information for senior management, and integrating downward with the workshop through advanced planning to schedule production, warehouse, logistics, and quality control in real time, achieving a balance between objectives and costs, maximizing resource optimization and improving overall production efficiency.
02
Real-time Control and Dynamic Optimization of Production Data
Huipai seamlessly connects with the company's existing data collection system, automatically collecting various types of data during the production process, achieving seamless integration and efficient collaboration between actual production operations and planned schedules, improving the accuracy and efficiency of data feedback, reducing the manual workload of order followers in reporting data later, and avoiding problems caused by data delays.
03
Multi-constraint Simulation Scheduling to Meet Delivery Requirements
Huipai provides dynamic simulation scheduling with multiple constraints, allowing multi-scenario simulation scheduling and comparative analysis based on order information and capacity constraints. Users only need to enter order information to simulate production planning scenarios under different constraint conditions.
Furthermore, as a service provider enterprise identified by the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology as a pilot for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (smart mobile terminals), Bilian Technology's digital transformation project has also applied for special funding support from the Dongguan SME Digital Transformation City Pilot. This favorable policy subsidy not only reduces the company's investment costs but also injects strong momentum and confidence into Bilian Technology's digital transformation journey.
Looking ahead, ALSI will continue to collaborate with partners to explore the infinite possibilities of smart manufacturing, driving more enterprises toward digital and intelligent transformation, and embarking on a new journey of high-quality development.
