"According to our calculations, every 1 yuan of data element input generates about 8 yuan of economic output. This is the most intuitive manifestation of the multiplier effect of data elements." He Han, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, believes that data is the core element for developing new quality productive forces. New quality productive forces take data as a new production factor driving economic operations, thereby breaking the constraints of traditional limited supply on growth and providing a foundation and possibility for sustained growth. "Data element ×" can improve total factor productivity, create new industries and new models, and achieve a multiplier effect on economic development. With the convening of the Two Sessions, further promoting the digital economy, unleashing digital value, and vigorously developing new quality productive forces have become hot topics, and the digital economy has become an important lever for new quality productive forces.

In the first week of March, the Andon project of Alps Intelligent Manufacturing and FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FiberHome") was officially launched, aiming to assist the digital upgrade of the communications industry. Although FiberHome already has a high level of informatization, such as ERP systems and self-built IoT platforms, in the face of common problems on SMT production lines—such as the risk of unplanned downtime under high-speed takt, complex and diverse downtime events, and high costs of maintenance talent training—the unique value of Alps Intelligent Manufacturing became evident.

Project Kickoff

Leveraging 30 years of accumulated experience in intelligent manufacturing and lean production, Alps Intelligent Manufacturing adopts a streamlined and efficient digital solution. Through the Andon system, smart buttons, and wristbands, it provides real-time feedback on production line anomalies. Using TS-30 data collectors to accurately obtain equipment status information, it builds a data middle platform + Andon system architecture that seamlessly interfaces with FiberHome's existing IoT platform. In the future, this architecture will further expand OEE functions, enhance data analysis efficiency, promote TPM implementation, achieve integrated and refined production and maintenance management, and incorporate energy management modules into FiberHome's "low-carbon" workshop project.

By 2024, FiberHome is expected to fully utilize the data middle platform of Alps Intelligent Manufacturing to deeply integrate equipment data and energy consumption data, develop independent application scenarios, and provide strong support for the company's informatization process. In today's increasingly competitive market environment, manufacturing must continuously innovate and create value, and data, as a new production factor, is the key to value creation. Alps Intelligent Manufacturing will continue to explore and unleash the potential of the "data element ×" in manufacturing, providing a powerful driving force for the development of new quality productive forces.
