Recently, Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Alps") and Dalian Jieneng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jieneng Heavy Industry") successfully launched the first phase of their collaborative project—Data Collection Phase I. This marks a significant acceleration in the construction of Jieneng Heavy Industry's digital smart factory, entering the "fast track".

Jieneng Heavy Industry is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of "key equipment for nuclear power plants and wind power stations". Its main products include "machined steel retainers for wind turbine main shaft bearings" and "complete integrated electromechanical equipment for nuclear power plants", breaking the foreign monopoly on key equipment technologies for nuclear and wind power stations, solving "bottleneck" technical challenges, and filling gaps in major domestic energy equipment.

As a national-level "Specialized, Fined, Peculiar and Innovative" Little Giant enterprise, Jieneng Heavy Industry places high importance on the construction and development of digital factories. It continuously accelerates the pace of "digital transformation", carrying out lean improvements and digital upgrades on production lines to further enhance equipment operation rates and overall capacity, thereby adapting to rapid business growth and achieving high-quality development. Alps has accumulated nearly 30 years of deep expertise in lean management. Its products are all derived from practical experience accumulated through the lean management processes of its group's seven factories, aligning well with Jieneng Heavy Industry's operational scenarios and real business needs. Through the joint efforts of both parties, this cooperation was achieved.

In this project, Alps will drive the deployment and implementation of the overall solution based on Jieneng Heavy Industry's requirements. By installing Alps' self-developed TS-30 data collectors and TG-10 smart gateways, on the one hand, it achieves comprehensive and accurate collection of equipment operation status data, real-time dynamic monitoring, and visual data display; on the other hand, it calculates equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), statistically analyzes unplanned downtime and its causes, providing effective data support for lean production improvement. At the same time, the equipment status monitoring system will be integrated with Jieneng Heavy Industry's MES system to enable real-time data sharing and exchange, further improving workshop production efficiency.

Digitalization is a key driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, as well as a crucial pathway for innovation and development. Alps will continue to deepen exploration, contributing more practical and actionable solutions to the development of the smart manufacturing industry, truly helping manufacturing enterprises transform into smart factories, improve production efficiency, and unleash new vitality.
