Recently, the China Electronics Standardization Institute announced a list of companies that have passed the expert review of the Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment (referred to as the "CMMM Assessment"). Wuxi Alps Electronics Co., Ltd. successfully passed the Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Level 3 Assessment, becoming one of 94 companies nationwide and 19 in Jiangsu Province to achieve Level 3.

The Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment is a third-party standards compliance evaluation activity based on the two national standards: "Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model" and "Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment Method." As a demonstration of a company's manufacturing capabilities, the maturity assessment comprehensively evaluates the level of digitalization, networking, and intelligent development of an enterprise across five maturity levels, from low to high.

By applying the intelligent maintenance management system and the energy consumption management system under the ALSI Jinzhi Lean Factory Cloud Platform, Wuxi Alps Electronics Co., Ltd. has achieved lean management, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. This has helped the factory reach a new level in intelligent capabilities, providing a competitive advantage for this Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment and enabling the company to stand out among numerous competitors, successfully passing the Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity Level 3.
