During the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises to smart factories, they often encounter the problem of being unable to extract data from internal systems of legacy equipment. The ALSI Equipment Status Monitoring System can address this issue. ALSI Dalian takes an external approach by installing an external data acquisition device on top of the existing equipment in the factory, enabling real-time collection of light status data from the three-color signal lights in smart factories. Although the data is not as rich as internal equipment data, it fully meets the OEE analysis requirements of smart factories.
