Currently, the application of lean production methods and concepts in China remains underdeveloped. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), constrained by limited funding, technology, and management philosophies, face numerous obstacles in advancing lean production. These challenges include blindly replicating the lean production management models of other companies, neglecting the deep understanding and adaptation of lean production principles, and failing to emphasize pilot applications. Such issues hinder the progress of SMEs toward lean production.
