On October 18, the 2023 Dongguan Digital Economy Month Opening Ceremony and Digital Industry Expo will be held in Dongguan. The event is co‑hosted by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Songshan Lake Management Committee, and will capitalize on the multi‑party strengths of government, industry, academia, research and finance. From October through November, nearly 30 summits and salon activities will be continuously organized, covering digital empowerment for intelligent upgrades, AI and large‑model technologies, high‑quality development of the software and information services sector, intelligent manufacturing industry resource matchmaking, digital talent cultivation, industrial‑software competitions, and other fields.
