Always working on the digital transformation of smart factories, yet never able to get it off the ground?
Spent millions, only to see the system implemented over years become a zombie system?
Though the system is in use, it's "bypassed", data is unreliable, and the manufacturing floor remains a black box?
For a long time, the transformation of "brownfield factories"—non-digital-native factories—into smart factories has been a comprehensive challenge, even a dilemma. On one hand, numerous upstream and downstream enterprises are interconnected, with frequent abrupt changes like rush orders or demands for early delivery, requiring a high degree of flexibility. On the other hand, equipment spans multiple generations—old, middle-aged, and new—coexisting, with dumb devices lacking protocols or interfaces being the norm, imposing extremely high demands on data collection.
Now, these "old problems" have found "new answers." On August 11, 2023, China Industrial Control Network, together with a forward-looking industrial internet application provider, will host the "7th National Factory Digital Upgrade Solution Tour Conference" in Dalian. Alps System Integration (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ALSI") has been invited to attend, and Dr. Zhang Xiaoxiao, Director of ALSI, will also be present to deliver a keynote titled "Key Factors and Technologies for Smart Manufacturing Implementation in Brownfield Factories," focusing on brownfield factories and delving into the difficulties and pain points in their transformation into smart factories, offering corresponding solutions one by one.

Beyond the keynote, there will be demonstrations of several ALSI independently developed smart collection terminals and products on-site. We sincerely invite manufacturing companies to experience and engage in discussions~
August 11, 14:00, at the Nikko Hotel Dalian. We look forward to seeing you there~
