As lean production in China is still in its early stages of development, enterprises inevitably encounter unprecedented challenges when implementing it. ALSI Dalian believes that to effectively address these challenges, it is essential to first resolve preliminary issues such as equipment maintenance, inventory accumulation, and technological innovation. Only by tackling these foundational problems can enterprises allocate more resources to other issues and steadily advance along the path of lean production.
