Smart Factory information management framework and system construction is essentially built upon traditional digital factory architecture. Smart factories leverage information technology to establish an architectural system. Smart Factory architecture is generally divided into three layers: the first layer is the information management layer, such as ERP, PLM, and MES; the second layer is the software control layer; and the third layer is the device execution layer.
