The first aspect is real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in smart factory warehouses, i.e., anomaly detection; the second aspect is anomaly detection of voltage and manufacturing equipment, such as quality measurement instruments; the third aspect is real-time data collection, where anomalies are detected through analysis.
